Sponsorship Opportunities and Opening Night Tickets

We are looking forward to another exciting Planned Parenthood Book Sale. This spectacular once-a-year event will run from Sept 11-21, 2025 at the Earl Warren Showgrounds, thanks to the thousands of book donations from our generous community and the countless hours of work by more than 200 dedicated volunteers.

Now we need YOUR help especially this year, because of the unprecedented slashing of federal funding. Funds raised though the Book Sale help support PPCCC’s six health centers across the Central Coast. These centers provide vital, affordable and accessible family planning, education and health care, from reproductive and wellness services to cancer screening and STI testing.

Options to support include:

• Purchasing tickets to the Opening Night on Thursday, Sep. 11th. Opening night only is a charge of $30 a person, you’ll get first choice of the more than 200,000 books and the thousands of games, puzzles, CDs, DVDs and vinyl records on sale.
• Sponsoring the sale overall in amounts ranging from $100 to $10,000. Your generosity will be recognized in prominent ways throughout the sale.
• Sponsoring one or more of the 50-plus book categories for $100 each. All category sponsors will be recognized and honored at the sale with both a sign posted at their chosen category’s table as well as digitally.

  • The information that you provide for each table sponsorship can be your name, an organization’s name, “anonymous”, a dedication to someone, a political or inspirational message or a quote of your choosing.
